My Story

I began my career in Prague, Czech Republic, working as a Senior Digital Performance Specialist at Mindshare, a global media agency. There, I partnered with clients across industries ranging from automotive to everyday consumer goods. My role covered the full campaign process, from shaping the initial strategy, to building and launching ads, to monitoring results and reporting on performance. This gave me hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube campaigns, and other, as well as a deep understanding of how to connect the right message with the right audience.

In 2019, life brought me across the ocean to Wisconsin’s Northwoods, where my husband and I are raising our two sons. During this time, I took the opportunity to refresh my digital marketing knowledge and adapt it to the U.S. media landscape through coursework at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. In my studies, I applied marketing frameworks and campaign strategies to sample companies (from a local car dealership to B2B apparel brands) sharpening my skills in social media strategy, analytics, and content planning.

Today, I combine that global advertising experience with a local focus to help small businesses grow online. Whether it’s writing engaging content, running ads that get real results, or keeping your Google Business Profile up to date, my goal is simple: To be your marketing partner, someone you can rely on to keep your brand consistent, clear, and connected to your customers.

Experience

My professional background bridges global agency marketing and local business strategy. At Mindshare Prague, part of the WPP network, I worked as a Digital Performance Specialist, managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube for clients in industries ranging from automotive to consumer goods.

Those years taught me how to think strategically, analyze data, and turn insights into results — skills I now apply to helping small businesses in Wisconsin grow online.

Campaign Strategy & Planning

I created marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals (defining target audiences, setting KPIs, and choosing the right mix of platforms).

I worked closely with account managers to align paid campaigns with larger brand strategies and ensure every dollar spent had a clear purpose.

Campaign Setup & Execution

I handled the full build-out of campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copywriting and creative setup.

Attention to detail was key, ensuring every campaign launched smoothly, tracked correctly, and reflected the brand’s voice and goals.

Optimization & Reporting

Once campaigns were live, I monitored performance daily and optimized based on results (adjusting bids, refining audiences, and testing creative variations).

Using tools like Google Analytics, I translated complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that clients could understand and use.

Platforms & Campaign Types

Most of my work centered around Google Search campaigns, but I also ran Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns.

This variety helped me understand how different formats support each stage of the customer journey. From building awareness to driving conversions.

Testing & Continuous Learning

I took part in testing new Google Ads features and beta programs, analyzing how each change affected performance and documenting the results for my team.

That habit of curiosity has stayed with me, I’m constantly learning, experimenting, and keeping up with new tools, updates, and best practices.

I regularly met with clients and internal teams to present results, discuss insights, and plan improvements.

My goal was always to keep communication clear and accessible, helping clients feel confident in their marketing decisions.

Professional Development

After moving to Wisconsin, I expanded my skills through digital marketing coursework at NWTC, where I focused on analytics, content strategy, and small-business marketing.

This education helped me localize my knowledge and adapt big-agency techniques to fit small-business needs.

I’ve held multiple Google Ads certifications over the years and continue to keep my knowledge current through Google’s learning programs. Digital marketing evolves quickly, and I make it a priority to stay up to date with new tools and best practices.
